REX BELGIAN BLONDE ALE A modern reinvention of a Belgian classic, REX was developed by Frederic Van Tricht and Brouwerij Anders to pair perfectly with cheese. Floral and bitter Cascade hops balance out typical Belgian sweetness for a refreshing and clean flavour profile. STICHELTON Cow, Raw Milk - 300g Joe Schneider revived the tradition of making this famous blue cheese in 2006. raw milk, a long slow acidification, and hand ladling make Stichelton a revelation. It is creamy, rich and nutty, with a gentle blue tang. DRUNK MONK Cow, Pasteurised, Vegetarian - 250g A classic Trappist style cheese, with a twist. Cheesemaker Johan Deweer initially washes this cheese in REX Belgian Blonde Ale, letting hints of malt and hops marry with this already funky wheel. THE FINE CHEESE CO. WALNUT, HONEY AND EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL CRACKERS Flavoured with ground walnuts and a drizzle of honey. Serve with Stilton or any blue cheese. THE FINE CHEESE CO. ONION CHUTNEY Dark, sticky and rich. Serve with hard cheeses such as Comté, Cheddar and Cantal.
