Archive Stock - Distiller's Strength Gin

Since 2014, we've archived a case or two of every Australian spirit we've produced at both our Rosebery and Botany Distilleries. We're now dropping a limited selection of this archive stock online, giving you the opportunity to grab a final bottle of your favourite Archie Rose spirit. Conceived as our boldest, yet most elegant gin, Distiller’s Strength Gin features sixteen botanicals individually distilled in our copper pot still to create distinct clarity and flavour. Featuring NSW pear, rose, elderflower, and honey collected from our own distillery hives, this spirit is underpinned by pronounced juniper notes, making it a modern classic that can be enjoyed in timeless cocktails. Try it in a Gin Spritz with elderflower, cucumber and mint or in a classic Negroni.
