Handsome, vintage, arm chairs made by "Grange" out of France. The chairs are made of solid Maple and are stained and finished. The chairs have beautifully carved backrests, legs and armrests. The fabric has a multi-color pattern with red, blue and white. Our carpenter inspected the chairs from top to bottom, and didn't need to make any repairs. He didn't need to glue or reinforce anything as the chairs are strong and sturdy. Considering their age, the chairs are in excellent condition with only the typical nicks and scratches that you would expect to find on old, used chairs. Other than a paint stain on the back of one of the chairs, there is no damage. Otherwise, There are no breaks, gouges, rot, or warp. Considering it's age, the fabric is in excellent condition, free of rips or tears. The fabric has a very small stain that blends in perfectly with the pattern. Other than the stain, the fabric is in excellent condition. The chairs are ready for another lifetime of service!
