2023 Rosé of Grenache

This vineyard on the east end of Lodi is family-owned, sustainable and CCOF certified organic. Two clones of Grenache, Entav and Davis, give us the perfect ingredients for a light, dry rosé. The fruit is picked early in season and then treaded lightly by foot before going directly into the press. Fermented in tank and allowed to rest in neutral French Oak barrels from the Loire Valley for 6 months. Watermelon rind, strawberry and stone fruit on the nose. Ripe peach on the palate, rich texture and pleasant, long-lasting acidity.
