Hunter Red - DOZEN

Hunter Red is a medium-bodied dry red wine, made using the finest Shiraz grapes grown on our estate. A true expression of Hunter Valley earthy terroir. Dark cherries, plums and vanilla, backed by delicate oak tannins, with those classic peppery flavours. Wonderful length on the palate. Drinking nicely now, but it will benefit from further careful short-term cellaring. Pairs nicely with meatlovers pizza, steak, charcoal veggies and cheeses.
