A serving equals 1/4 cup (aka half a Rawr Bar (29g) Total servings per pouch is 60. Storage Information: Rawr bars are best stored in the fridge to keep the best taste and texture. However, they don’t actually spoil out of the fridge for quite some time and this is more about taste preservation. Our expiration dates are actually more "best by" dates as it is more about the flavor and not the bars going bad. The best by date is 6 months in the fridge, 1 month at room temp, and 1 year in the freezer. Shipping Information: We ship with an insulated liner and ice pack(s) on all orders. We do this to keep the bars as fresh as possible, however it is not required from a food safety perspective. If your order arrives with the ice pack melted and the bars soft, this is completely fine. You will just want to put the bars in the fridge for 3-4 hours and they will firm up and taste great. You can eat them warm, but chilling them first provides the best experience. We ship mostly with UPS, however in some situations we use USPS. Most shipments within the USA take 2-5 days to arrive. If your order is in shipping transit for 10+ days in warmer weather, please reach out and we will send you replacements. The bars won’t be spoiled at that point, however in our testing we have found that the taste can be impacted from a transit that long. We make bars fresh to order and so it can take up to a week from the order date before they ship. We will often ship sooner than this when we are able to. We ship mostly on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent shipping over the weekend, because that causes a longer transit time. Our bars still do well with a slightly longer transit, however we always try to keep the bars as fresh as possible. If you order on a Monday - Wednesday, it will usually ship out the following Monday/Tuesday. If you order on a Thursday - Sunday, it will usually ship out that coming Tuesday. There are times when we are not able to stick to this shipping schedule and some orders placed Saturday/Sunday would be shipped the following Monday, so just over a week later.
