There’s a lovely roundness from brief lees ageing, but the whole thing remains crisp, energetic and beautifully clean. The fruit comes from vineyards planted on volcanic and limestone soils across Veneto, helping to give the wine its subtle mineral edge and refreshing tension. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve all those delicate aromatics and crunchy fruit flavours.
