Astobiza, Vermouth is the world’s first vermouth made with white wine from Ondarrabi Zuri grapes, hand-harvested and sourced from the Astobiza Estate, a single-estate winery located in the Ayala Valley, in the Basque Country. Its wines are characterized by a unique Atlantic microclimate, altitude, and mineral-rich soils. Working exclusively with native grape varieties, the focus is on the purity and expression of the terroir. A philosophy of sustainability and minimal intervention defines both vineyard and winery practices.
