Recommendations 1. Pouring Heat the wax to 75 °C. The recommended pouring temperature range is 60–65 °C. The exact temperature may vary depending on additives and should be determined through testing. Pouring temperatures can vary depending on: Container type and size Fragrance oil used Dye concentration Desired candle finish and appearance Fragrance oil should be added and mixed immediately before pouring to preserve fragrance integrity and improve scent throw. If you experience difficulties with pouring temperature, test slightly lower or higher temperatures in 2 °C increments. Preheating containers is also recommended. 2. Additives (Fragrance Oils & Dyes) The maximum recommended fragrance load is 12%. Adding more may cause issues with solubility and wax curing. For best results: Use fragrance oils designed for natural waxes Select the correct wick carefully Test fragrance performance thoroughly The size and depth of the melt pool significantly affect scent throw. 3. Temperature Conditions Add additives at 60–70 °C. Mixing can be performed: In a double boiler In a wax melter In professional melting equipment 4. Mixing Gently stir the fragrance oil into the wax for several minutes until fully dissolved. Avoid aggressive stirring to minimize air bubbles. 5. Overheating Do not heat the wax above 90 °C. Overheating may negatively affect: Wax quality Fragrance performance Surface appearance Final candle texture 6. Curing Minimum curing time: 48 hours. For optimal fragrance strength and performance, experts recommend curing candles for approximately 10–14 days. The first burn test should be performed no earlier than 2–3 days after pouring. Important Notice For the best results and highest candle quality, we strongly recommend conducting your own testing for: Pouring temperatures Fragrance load Dye concentration Wick selection Curing conditions Many factors affect candle quality, color, and fragrance performance, including: Room temperature and humidity Quality of raw materials Container size Wax heating and pouring conditions Amount of additives used Wick size and quality Environmental curing conditions
