2025 Rose VQA
Our first Rose since 2021, made from Wismer-Foxcroft Cab Franc to offset the low estate Pinot Gris yield. Harvested October 29 at 23.6 brix, this wine was pressed and fermented in one neutral French oak barrel and stainless steel tank.
