Carignan Blanc, Domaine Coudoulet

Carignan Blanc, an old grape variety typical of Languedoc, produced in limited quantities (2,500 bottles/year). A mineral and textured white wine. This is a low intervention wine, made from hand-harvested grapes which undergo spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts. Fermentation and aging takes palce in in demi-muids (600L barrels).
