Description SikaSeal® Construction Silicone Ultra is a low-modulus, neutral-cure sealant ensuring long-lasting flexibility and durability. It provides excellent adhesion to most common porous and non-porous substrates without the need for priming. Ideal for both interior and exterior applications, it is particularly suited to construction expansion joints and perimeter sealing around all types of door and window frames. This sealant forms a weather-tight seal with low dirt pickup, accommodates up to ±25 % joint movement and bonds effectively to timber, brick, stone, PVCu, concrete and metal.
