Plate Magnets

MSA Magnetics Co-Force Plate Magnets are designed to remove ferrous and work-hardened stainless-steel contamination from processing lines in chutes, ducts, spouts, and conveyor systems, helping protect equipment and maintain product quality. They perform best when positioned below the product stream with direct contact, or as close as possible when below-placement is not feasible. Using powerful rare-earth magnets and optional stepped configurations, they capture both larger debris and ultra-fine particles. Each unit is custom fabricated to application-specific dimensions and flow conditions to ensure optimal performance.
