Victorian Floral Shadow Box with Hair, Wool, and Shell Work

Very unusual Victorian floral shadow box containing a variety of different media: The flowers are made of wool, shells, and hair set into a porcelain base fixed to the bottom. The glass is ringed with crochet trim and the entire back panel is a mirror. When I received the piece, the front glass had fallen in, so I opened the entire thing and restored it: I reinforced and cleaned the front glass, removed disintegrated flowers and debris, reinforced the porcelain base so there’s no chance it will come loose, and cleaned the mirror. It still retains very intense haunted house vibes. An exquisite and unique arrangement!
