Honduras Gerardo Trejo SL-28 Varietal

We are thrilled to offer this limited release of the SL-28 variety from one of our favorite producers, Gerardo Trejo. The cup is lush and juicy with notes of plum, white peach and black currant, balancing deep sweetness with a wine-like acidity. SL-28, developed in Kenya, is prized for its exceptional quality, clarity and sweetness. Coffee Details We are delighted to say this is our 6th year working with coffee producer Gerardo Trejo. Gerardo's picturesque family farm is situated in the volcanic Santa Barbara mountain range overlooking the breathtaking Lake Yojoa. The micro-climate formed by the large lake and steep volcanic peaks creates a prime climate for growing quality coffee. These pristine conditions, combined with Gerardo’s skill and sustainable farming practices, make for one stunning coffee that we are proud to offer again this year. Brew Recipes
