Tiga Mata is a bi-annual Southeast Asian photography zine published by Zontiga, a creative hub for photography enthusiasts. Aimed at inspiring the community within the region and creating visibility for photo-related artists, Tiga Mata hopes to showcase different perspectives and embrace the diverse way we see the world. About Issue #5: Truth Flux For this issue, Truth Flux confronts the instability of the photographic image, exploring how truth shifts, fractures, and reforms through experimentation and interpretation. Guest edited by Akkara Naktamna, a Bangkok-born photo artist and curator (b. 1979), the issue reflects his long-standing engagement with contemporary photography across Asia and beyond. His work has been featured in major photography festivals including the Singapore International Photo Festival and Photo Bangkok Festival, and his photobook Signs has been exhibited internationally and included in the MoMA Library. Akkara is the founder of CTypeMag (2016) and a photography gallery in Bangkok established in 2021 supporting contemporary and emerging artists. His curatorial projects include The Interpreter (2022) at MOCA Bangkok and Photography Never Lies (2024) at BACC. He is also the author of Notes on Photography (2025) and currently works between Bangkok and Kathmandu Photo Gallery.
