2020 Never Used KPD-3L Vertical Form Fill & Seal Liquid Poucher rated at up to 30-75 bpm depending upon product and fill volume. Flat four sided seal pouch style bag with top, bottom and side seals and straight cut. Complete with heated product hopper and variable speed stirrer, pneumatic liquid fill piston pump for up to 50ml fills. One tooling set for approximately 127mm layflat width. Current setup for approximately 63 x 105mm pouch (43 x 95mm fill area). Film registration sensor and auto film feed. Touchpad controls for: variable pouching speed, auger on/off, auger fill time and speed, fill delay, auger stirring on/off, vibration on/off, cutting knife on/off, length of bag, jog screen (for each station).
