Eliokolouro - olive & tomato ring

Definitely a me thing. I make a homemade olive paste with green and black olives, sundried tomatoes, red and spring onions, fresh coriander and mint. I fill my dough, bake them and love them! Yeap that’s the non millennial me 🤣 Ingrediens : for the filling see above. For the dough: flour, water, mastic, mahlep, pinch of salt and sugar, milk and olive oil. (allergens in bold)
