Lean minced lamb seasoned with mint, wrapped in rich puff pastry. Glazed with a little oil, sea salt and black pepper and finished with mediterranean herbs. Remove all packaging (except greaseproof underlay), place on a baking tray and cook for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees (gas 5) Allergens: Sulphites, Gluten
