We slow-cook them for hours into a double concentrate to draw out real depth and flavour. We freeze the finished broth into handy cubes, giving you an easy way to add richness and nourishment to your favourite dishes. This broth comes in 9 x 20g cubes – perfect for stirring into a risotto, used as a base for soup, or made into a rich, delicious gravy.
