2024 Rabenturm Riesling dry

The Rabenturm grows right next to the ruins of Schloss Schwabsburg. It is one of the oldest vineyards of the region on a stony, south facing slope. A Riesling that stands for itself and is still at the very beginning of its development. Initially still youthful and smoky, it opens and reveals aromas of red berries, rose petals and exotic fruit. Full of mineral tension, with a super-long finish.
