The high-speed motor operates at up to 1,900 RPM, providing fast, clean and precise cutting performance through materials up to 9mm thick. A built-in push-button sharpening system allows the blade to be re-sharpened in seconds without removing the knife, helping maintain cutting quality whilst minimising downtime. The DS504 also features an improved circuit board with an easily replaceable glass fuse, along with a redesigned slim-profile base plate which makes navigating curves and detailed cutting work easier than ever.
