We’re thrilled to have them in the shop! This blend of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon comes from biodynamically farmed vines, with grapes harvested by hand and given a gentle ~2-week maceration before pressing. Fermentation happens naturally with native yeasts, followed by a full year of aging to let the wine settle and develop. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with no added sulfur. A pure, honest expression of Loire Cabernet with freshness, depth, and plenty of character. Thierry Beclair Thierry Beclair is a discreet winemaker from Rochefort-sur-Loire, France, who crafts natural wines that have garnered a dedicated following, particularly in Japan. Operating La Cave Béclair alongside Gildas Béclair, Thierry produces a variety of natural wines, including whites made from Chenin Blanc, reds from Gamay, rosés blending Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Grolleau, and Gamay, as well as sparkling wines. His creations are celebrated for their authenticity and unique expression of the Loire Valley terroir.
