We are working together to handle manufacturing and distribution for Nina Saotome's Fan Happi! While we cannot guarantee that these can arrive before Dokomi, we are aiming for Offkai Expo. We have multiple sizes available, but to simplify ordering logistics, we will be limiting this to M and size XL. Size M is most similar to size F with our typical Happis, and these generally fit larger than expected. We recommend people to order size M if unsure about sizing. Are there any costs for refund or chargeback? Since this is a nonprofit operation, there are credit charges that we would unfortunately eat. If you would like a refund, it would cost 5% of the product price.
