Fresh Pasta & Bolognese Workshop Oct 18th | 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM $99.99 per person | Supplies Included Join us for a hands-on family Italian cooking workshop where participants will make fresh pasta and pair it with a rich Bolognese-style sauce. In this class, families will learn how to prepare fresh pasta dough, roll it out, and cut it into ribbon pasta such as fettuccine. Participants will also learn how to prepare a Bolognese-style sauce, focusing on building flavor through aromatics, browning, simmering, and seasoning. Once the pasta and sauce are ready, participants will bring the dish together and enjoy their freshly made pasta during class. Classes are hands-on, interactive experiences designed to provide practical instruction in a fun and supportive environment. For safety and comfort, participants should wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Long hair should be tied back during class. Registration & Class Size Class sizes are limited to help ensure proper instruction and attention. Advance registration is strongly encouraged, as classes may fill quickly. Registration closes 24 hours before the scheduled class start time, and no registrations will be accepted after the deadline. Late Arrival Policy Participants who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted and will forfeit their registration. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for late arrivals. Cancellations, Class Changes & Transfers Cancellations or class changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class. Any class switch or transfer is subject to a $35.00 administrative fee and availability.
