Our goal: to make puppy therapy more accessible without losing the heart of the experience. Simply Puppy Yoga is a 50 minute wellness experience that includes a 30 minute guided yoga class and 20 minutes of chill time all while heart-melting puppies play and snuggle with you. Boost mood and destress in this classic puppy yoga class in Chicago/Toronto. Your wellness routine just got better, treat yourself to a monthly dose of puppy therapy! What sets this apart from our Puppy Yoga & Bubbly Class: A minimal version of puppy yoga (shortened yoga class and no drink offering). This class is uniquely family-friendly, whereby anyone aged 14 and older can join the experience. Breeds are not revealed for this class style; you’ll get a surprise onsite when you arrive! Each Ticket Includes (50 minute puppy experience): 30-minute puppy yoga class 20 minutes of chill time with adorable puppies. The class is 14+ (with adult supervision). All attendees must sign a waiver before the class.
