This bar is using beans from Urubamba, which is one of the oldest & aromatically richest cacao in the world, and the bean size is just around two-third of typical cacao beans. The fruitiness of these very small beans is not sharp but mellow and rounded. The sweetness of the bar is like Housi Pear at first followed by Yellow Stone Fruit, and Floral will arrive at the end.
