Lightly fragrant aromas of apple and pear. Comes largely off the Della Fay vineyard. It was fermented in stainless steel with Slovenian oak foudres with a mix of wild and inoculated yeast. Has a distinctive saline character. The palate especially has a crisp saline character with a hint of grapefruit. Crisp minerally chalky lick on the lips at the finish. Love this style.
