Step-by-Step Connection Guide Insert the power cable into the charger. Connect the battery main plug to the matching adapter or charging cable. Insert the charging cable into the charger output port and confirm correct polarity. Connect the battery balance plug to the matching balance port on the charger. If using the extension board, connect the battery to the matching slot on the board. After all cables are connected correctly, turn on the charger. Operating the B6 Charger Press Batt.Type to select the correct battery type. Press Start, then use Dec or Inc to set the correct charging current and voltage. Press and hold Start for about 3 seconds to enter charging mode. Press Start again to confirm and begin charging. When charging is complete, the charger will beep. Turn off the charger and unplug the battery after charging. Charging Time Guide Charging time depends on battery capacity, charger output power, selected current and battery condition. Larger capacity batteries require longer charging time. For example, when charging a 4S 2200mAh LiPo battery with an 80W charger: Maximum charge current = 80W ÷ 16.8V ≈ 4.7A Estimated charge time = 2200mAh ÷ 4700mA ≈ 0.7 hour After the battery reaches full cell voltage, the charger may enter a constant-voltage phase, which can add extra charging time. Charging & Safety Always select the correct battery type, cell count, voltage and charging current before charging. Always connect the balance plug when balance charging lithium battery packs. Do not charge damaged, swollen, leaking or overheated batteries. Do not leave batteries unattended while charging. Use the charger on a non-flammable surface and keep it away from heat, moisture and flammable materials. Stop charging immediately if abnormal heat, odor, smoke or error warnings occur. Turn off the charger and unplug the power cord after charging is complete.
