Ji — Hibiscus
Hibiscus drinks have been part of East African food culture for generations — served at gatherings, poured for guests, made from scratch. This is our version. Ji Hibiscus is brewed from Hibiscus Sabdariffa, the deep crimson flower known across East Africa and the Caribbean. We steep it with cane sugar and a blend of whole spices: clove, cardamom, and allspice berries. The result is earthy, tart, gently floral, and warm in a way that makes you want another glass before the first one's finished. Beautiful poured over ice.
