With rebrowned two-stage barrels engraved ‘Warsop’ on each breech, engraved tang secured by two screws, flat bevelled lock engraved with swags, flowers and foliage, rollers and raised pans, swelling flat-sided figured walnut butt, silver shield-shaped escutcheon, engraved silver pommel, and horn tipped ramrod, London proofs, silver maker’s mark of Charles Freeth, Hallmarks for 1797.
