Antonio Medina has been in the coffee game since 1991, before anyone at Valor was even born. We had the honor of visiting his family's farm this past March to see his operation and catch his vision for the future. Antonio is a grandfather who takes care of his family and community alike, hiring local workers year-round and sharing land so they can grow their own coffee and crops. La Colina is everything we love about coffee from Antigua: sweet, round, and deeply satisfying. A daily sipper that shines as espresso or drip. Expect chocolate, cherry, and cola in the cup.
