In this 2.5 to 3-hour workshop, you'll learn the art of pie-making from scratch, starting with a live demonstration of our signature all-butter pie dough. Then it’s your turn: you’ll mix, roll, and shape your own crust by hand, learning essential techniques for creating a beautiful double crust pie, including sealing, venting, and decorative finishing. Next, we’ll make a vibrant mixed berry filling using blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, and raspberries. To elevate the flavor, we’ll add a splash of Grand Marnier for a subtle citrus note that bakes off in the oven, leaving behind a beautifully balanced, slightly brightened filling. You’ll assemble your pie, top it with a full crust, and prepare it for baking.
