Handmade Gyoza & Ramen | 10th June 6.30pm | 2.5 hours | Crouch End
In this class, you will learn to make the dough from scratch that will be transformed into gyoza wrappers. You’ll master the art of filling and pan-frying gyoza until perfectly golden and crispy on the bottom, served with a matching dipping sauce. We will also turn the same handmade dough into fresh ramen noodles, served in a rich, flavourful soy sauce broth. The dish will be finished with crisp, fresh vegetables and a soft fudgy egg - bringing together all three essential components of authentic ramen.
