Story Time: The Watermelon Seed - June 19th, 2026

Toddler Time at the Creative Cove Designs Studio is specially designed to create a safe space for playing, creating bonds, learning, and fun! This class will be held on Friday, June 19th from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Toddler Time starts with reading The Watermelon Seed by Greg Pizzoli. This fun and award-winning story follows an alligator who loves watermelon so much that he accidentally swallows a seed. What happens next? Will a watermelon grow in his belly? Children will love following along with this silly and imaginative tale. They will also enjoy watermelon themselves. 🍉🍉🍉🐊🐊🐊 After story time, toddlers will paint and decorate their very own wooden alligator to take home. Parents are encouraged to assist their little artists as they explore colors, creativity, and hands-on crafting. This workshop allows for interaction among peers their age, encourages early literacy, provides hands-on experience with painting, and gives children the opportunity to create a special keepsake to remember the day.
