What It Does Corrects interference between the track bar and rear sway-bar links on lifted KDSS trucks if you introduce extended travel. Relocates the KDSS sway-bar pivot points for better clearance and geometry. Designed specifically for KDSS-equipped 4Runner and GX460 platforms. If you want to run a 285 7017 tire in the spare OEM location Why You Need It When you add extended-travel shocks to the rear of a KDSS-equipped rig, the track bar can hit the sway-bar links and stop droop early. These drop spacers move the sway-bar’s axis down just enough to clear everything, so your shocks can use all their travel. If you’ve ever noticed your rear end hanging up or “stopping short” when you flex the truck, this is the fix. Design & Origin Invented and U.S. patent pending by DRKDSS. Machined from 6061 billet aluminum with an anodized finish. Includes all required hardware — sold in pairs. Over-engineered for real trail abuse, not just parking-lot lifts. Do You Need Them? If you’re not sure, do this quick check: Chock your front wheels. Jack up the rear by the hitch until the tires are off the ground. Crawl underneath and inspect the track bar and sway-bar links. If you see or feel them touching, your suspension is binding — you need these spacers. If there’s no contact, you’re good without them. Install Notes Bolt-on install using supplied hardware.
