The neck can be stretched to a fuller extent which is particularly important for those with a slightly more rounded and/or less flexible upper back. Place the pillow with the logo turned upwards onto the BackMitra® in such a way that it supports the back of the head. This prevents the chin from lifting up during the exercises, helping to relieve the restricted feeling in the neck.
