dark mild | real ale 100% aussie ingredients | 3.4% Production time | 6 weeks Batch | 2 Our seasonal real ale returns — brewed once a year, gone when it's gone. We've made some minor adjustments, dropped the ABV slightly and played with the grist to achieve a slightly different hue. This one really sings on the palate. Brewed with 100% Australian grown grains from Voyager (NSW). Schooner, Biscuit, Chocolate, Voodoo & Oats. Hopped at the start of boil w/ Red Earth from Ryefield Hops (NSW) to 19 IBU. This beer was fermented in stainless without temperature control w/ the same english strain used in the 'Golden' from Mogwai Labs (NSW). Packaged on May 20th and can/keg conditioned for 3 weeks. This was the first limited release from the Real Ale range, we're glad to see it back and we're excited for what we have planned for this range over the next 12 months.
