Grill, bake or air-fry them for a quick starter or sharing plate, with a choice of marinades in packs from 500g to 2KG.What marinades and pack sizes are available?Each pack is marinated in-house in Tandoori, Tikka, Peri-Peri or Chilli & Garlic, and sized at 500g, 1KG or 2KG to suit the pan or the party, however many you're feeding.How much should you order?A 500g pack suits two as a starter, 1KG feeds three or four sharing, and 2KG covers a table of six or more.Storing your flat wingsKeep the wings refrigerated and use them promptly once opened, or freeze on the day they arrive and thaw fully in the fridge before cooking. Cook chicken through completely until there is no pink near the bone and the juices run clear.What's the difference between a flat wing and a drumlet?A whole wing splits at the joint into the drumette, shaped like a small drumstick, and the flat, a flatter section with two thin parallel bones.
