Swinney Margaret River cabernet sauvignon 2025

The fruit comes from Rob Mann’s Calgardup vineyard, with about 6% cabernet franc. Classically cabernet in character, it has a leafy blackcurrant lift on the nose, with redcurrant, oyster shell and cracked seashell characters. Medium-bodied and wonderfully expressive, it has a vibrant tannin line that reflects the vineyard’s proximity to the ocean. There is a crunchy, energetic quality throughout, with a bright, alive colour and a remarkable luminosity. The tannins are vibrant and beautifully integrated, giving the wine a sense of movement and freshness. A modern and stylish expression of Margaret River cabernet with real vibrancy, character and personality.
