How to: Cheese Fondue! | January 25th | 5:30-7:30pm

Instructor: Jared Kaufmann Class Type: Hands-On! | Roll up your sleeves! These are our most involved and participatory classes, where you get the opportunity to learn a hands-on skill. Anyone can do it, though--no prior experience required to attend! WHAT YOU'LL GET IN THIS CLASS: A chef-led demonstration and deep dive into the history of fondue Make your own fondue from scratch Enjoy a fondue dinner and a glass of wine or beer Take-home notes and recipe Lasting memories! Learn to make a perfect pot of melty cheese! Fondue is a magical dish that is designed to be shared and stimulates good conversation. You’ll learn about the proper cheeses and ingredients to use in the best fondue ever, how to make it at home, and how to build a beautiful fondue platter with all the fixings. Attendees will enjoy a bountiful fondue spread and wine pairings. IMPORTANT STUFF: Participants must be 21 years old. Tickets are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a class you have registered for, registration may be transferred to another France 44 class if given a 48+ hour notice. Parking in our lot is very limited, and the center spots are 30 minutes only. However, parking is available on 44th Street, France Ave, and Drew Ave S.
