Red Carnelian Crescent Sun Earrings

THE DESIGN STORY A smaller expression of one of YSSO’s most enduring motifs, the Crescent Sun Earrings feature hand-sculpted golden forms set with deep red carnelian stones. The rich Bordeaux tones of the carnelian sit at the centre of each earring, framed by irregular, radiating rays that give the pieces their distinctive organic character. Inspired by the warmth and symbolism of the Mediterranean sun, the sculptural forms feel at once ancient and contemporary. Handcrafted in Athens by our family-run workshops, each pair bears the subtle irregularities of the making process — no two are exactly alike.
