Thankful for Pies: This year, Thankful for Pies is getting a chocolate-filled twist! Instead of focusing on traditional pie-making techniques, we’re bringing you new skills that will make your Thanksgiving dessert truly stand out. In this hands-on class, you’ll create a decadent Chocolate Mousse Pie while learning techniques for working with chocolate and decorating like a pro. You’ll make a rich Chocolate Ganache, create delicate Chocolate Filigree, and craft beautiful Fondant Leaves to give your finished pie an elegant fall-inspired look. You’ll leave with a stunning Chocolate Mousse Pie and new decorating skills you can use on cakes, pies, and desserts all year long. It’s a fresh take on Thanksgiving pie - and one that’s almost too beautiful to eat! Menu: Chocolate Mousse Pie Chocolate Ganache Chocolate Filigree Fondant Leaves Baking Class Type: We have many styles of classes. Baking classes focus on learning the techniques needed to accomplish your menu. It is not expected for every guest to personally make every recipe. Some ingredients may be scaled out before you arrive. In this class you may work individually and in groups. Class Details: This is a hands on cooking class with Chef Demonstrations, individual, and group work. This class is for ages 8 and older. Please come prepared with your ID if you plan on purchasing adult beverages. Outside beverages are not allowed. Doors open 10 minutes before class starts. Special Instructions: To ensure the best service, groups of 8 or more will be billed gratuity. Gratuity will be billed separately once your reservation is received.
