Champalou Brut Vouvray

Champalou Brut Vouvray is a sparkling Chenin Blanc from France’s Loire Valley, made in the traditional method by one of Vouvray’s respected family producers. It’s crisp and lively with notes of green apple, pear, citrus, white flowers, and a subtle touch of brioche. Fine bubbles and bright acidity lead to a clean, dry, refreshing finish. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with oysters, seafood, soft cheeses, and lighter appetizers.
