Real mezcal, dealcoholized, so the roasted agave and campfire smoke come through. Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit adds real grapefruit juice, balanced bitterness and a pinch of sea salt. The 750ml bottle pours about six Palomas. The pour: 1.5 oz UNDONE No. 4 NOT MEZCAL, 4 oz Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit, a tall glass full of ice, a squeeze of lime, salt on half the rim.
