Star Ring 10 Year Photoelectric Smoke Alarm

This photoelectric smoke alarm has a sealed lithium battery lasting up to 10 years, so there are no battery swaps and no midnight low-battery chirps for up to a decade. Put it on the ceiling and forget about it. ✨ Meet the Star Ring A smoke alarm that looks like design, not hardware. Most smoke alarms are bulky plastic domes you try not to notice. The Star Ring takes a different approach. A slim open ring frames a compact satin-silver sensor that seems to float at its centre, held by a single fine arm. Because the middle is open, your ceiling shows through, so the alarm reads as a minimalist fixture rather than an appliance. It's at home in modern living spaces, architectural builds, and anywhere you want safety without compromising the look of the room. Why photoelectric? Photoelectric sensors are especially good at picking up slow, smouldering fires, such as a couch, bedding or electrical fault. These are the fires that often start while you're asleep. Fire and Emergency NZ recommends photoelectric alarms for New Zealand homes. Key features Distinctive Star Ring design An open-ring frame with a floating satin-silver sensor.
