Honduras Finca Terrerito This Honduran coffee comes to us from Finca Terrerito (Finca T for short) in the Copan region. Situated at 1300 MASL, Finca T is surrounded by a vibrant landscape of dense forests and fertile, mist-covered valleys. This high-altitude environment, rich in biodiversity, provides a thriving, protected habitat for migratory songbirds and native wildlife. Finca T is our inaugural value chain partner connecting Ripples of Good from seed to cup. Their mission statement, “Improving Lives. Sustainable Farming, Extraordinary Coffee”, shares core values with our own. Value produced from farming high quality coffee is invested in their school, local water infrastructure, and the betterment of the people growing, picking, and processing the coffee. In comparison to the current menu the Finca T is within our berry family and is within the slot Uganda formerly occupied. It is our single origin with a red fruit highlight that also has a considerable chocolate flavor. It is going to be a higher level of intensity and is a good fit for anyone wanting a balance of decadent sweetness and boozy acidity in their cup.
