The Evolution 150mm Porcelain & Tile Diamond Blade is engineered specifically for these demanding materials. Its specialist turbo mesh rim provides a fine, controlled cutting action while helping clear debris and manage heat around the cutting edge. This allows the blade to move efficiently through dense porcelain while helping reduce chipping along the cut line. A reinforced stabiliser ring strengthens the blade core and helps resist flex and vibration during use. This additional stability is particularly important when cutting large-format porcelain paving, where consistent blade alignment supports straighter, more accurate results. The blade’s thin-kerf profile removes less material as it cuts, reducing resistance and load on the machine while supporting fast, efficient progress through hard porcelain and tile. With a 150mm diameter and 22.23mm bore, the porcelain blade is compatible with Evolution’s R150DCT range and other suitable 150mm disc cutters. Mark the cutting line clearly and guide the blade steadily through the material without applying excessive pressure or twisting the machine.
