Developed in collaboration with Acetac Gear, the Rapid Aid Trauma Sleeve (R.A.T.S.) keeps essential trauma supplies organized and ready for rapid, one-handed access. Lift the hook-and-loop closure and pull out the inner sleeve to access the fully stocked kit, including a NAR C-A-T Gen-7 tourniquet, QuikClot hemostatic dressing, compressed gauze, chest seals, and airway supplies. Built from durable nylon laminate with reinforced stitching, its compact design mounts to belts or MOLLE/PALS-compatible gear.
