De koning onder de patés is natuurlijk de paté en croûte. Na lang proberen is het ons gelukt deze helemaal Predetarisch te maken. Een combinatie van wild zwijn vet, hertenvlees en wilde Nederlandse ganzenlever maakt het tot een pronkstuk voor elk diner of borrel.
